The Township of Georgian Bay is inviting proposals for the Replacement of the Royal Hudson Locomotion Mural located in MacTier at 7 Front Street. This proposal should confirm and identify an end product depiction, artistic medium used (Paint, Photography, Digital Imagery, etc.) and overall proposed project timelines including installation.

It will be the Proponent’s responsibility to clarify any details in question not mentioned in this contract before submitting their proposal.

Questions relating to this proposal must be received by Tuesday July 17th, 2018 before 4 p.m. and can be made to the attention of: Jennifer Schnier, Communications & Economics Officer, via email [email protected] only.

This proposal must be submitted no later than 2:30 p.m. local time on Thursday August 2nd 2018.

Proposal openings are to be public and will occur at 2:35 on Thursday August 2nd, 2018 at the Township of Georgian Bay Municipal Office, 99 Lone Pine Rd., Port Severn, ON  L0K 1S0
